Why NicheCollab
Most sponsorships run on DMs and spreadsheets — no shared terms, no payment protection, and no honest way to judge fit.
NicheCollab puts the whole deal in one place both sides can see: search, offer, negotiation, messages, and payment.
How a deal works
From first search to paid-out collaboration — four steps, all on the record.
- 1
Find your match
Filter the directory by niche, platform, audience, and engagement — or describe your campaign and let AI matching rank creators, showing why each one ranked where it did.
- 2
Send a structured offer
Budget, deliverables, timeline — one clear proposal instead of a thread of DMs.
- 3
Negotiate to yes
Creators accept, decline, or counter. Terms lock only when both sides agree.
- 4
Fund, deliver, get paid
The sponsor funds the agreed budget up front and it's held until completion. When the work is done, the creator is paid out through Stripe.
Know why a creator fits before you spend a dollar
Every creator carries a quality score you can open up: engagement, audience consistency, responsiveness, and track record — each weighted and explained. If a signal is missing, the score says “missing”. Nothing is estimated.
Prefer to start from the campaign? Describe it in plain language and AI matching returns a ranked list, with the filters it extracted and the reasoning behind every score.
Inside the quality score
Component weights, exactly as they run in the product
Missing signals are shown as missing and the weights renormalize — a score is never padded with guesses.
Deals on your terms, money you can count on
Offers arrive as structured proposals — budget, deliverables, timeline — not vague DMs. Accept, counter, or decline: nothing is binding until you agree.
When a collaboration starts, the sponsor funds the full budget up front. It’s held until completion, then paid out to you through Stripe.
The fine print, in large print
Three things most marketplaces bury. We’d rather you read them first.
One fee, stated up front
NicheCollab’s fee is 10% of the agreed budget — the creator receives the rest. No subscriptions, no listing fees, and browsing is free.
Funds held until completion
Sponsors fund the full budget when a collaboration starts. The money is held until the work is complete, then paid out to the creator through Stripe. Neither side has to work — or pay — on faith.
Unclaimed profiles, clearly labeled
Some directory profiles are built from publicly available information. They’re always marked “Unclaimed profile”, and being listed never means a creator has joined or endorsed NicheCollab. Any creator can claim their profile — or have it removed — at any time.
